This coffee is from a newly established farm in Mbala, Zambia. It is grown and processed on a single estate at the foot of the country's highest mountain, Mount Sunzu. It benefits from full oversight and traceability from seed to cup. The team combine modern agricultural technology with careful wet processing, using solar-powered irrigation and environmentally considerate practices.
