A-boards, pavement signs, chalkboards, you've seen them - we all have. With promises of 2-4-1, witty puns and hand-drawn messages, they're apparent on almost every high street in the UK, and for a good reason – they work.

It’s Thursday morning, we are about two weeks into lockdown, and we are all going slightly crazy (as is evidenced by the drill we have attached to our hand coffee grinder). I’ve just made myself a delicious cup of filter coffee, and I wanted to share with you exactly how we have chosen to brew at home, at least for the time being, during the Coronavirus lockdown.

The chicken sandwich. It’s our best-seller, it’s been on our menu since day one, and it sells like hotcakes! The story with this little beauty is one that we’re particularly fond of as it features Mr Bould senior at his finest – a few glasses of wine down on a Saturday night ‘expressing himself’ in the kitchen…
