• 1 year of Barista experience.
• Happy working in high pressure working environments.
• High-level latte art ability.
• Contracted 40-hour position per week.
• Someone who takes pride in their work.
• Ability to deliver high-quality products consistently.
• Reliable, organised and trustworthy.
• Learn and adopt the Bould Brothers way of coffee.
• A team player.
• A keen learner and a hard worker.
